just want to let everyone know, don't use those little controllers, they're full of sand and don't work like the way they're advertised. please replace them with real wind MPPT controllers.

Install the controller right side up and add extra wire so it will terminate into the bottom, that way water or condensation won’t run into the terminal blocks, it’s known as a drip loop

Dump that charge controller, get a rectifier, a dump load and a voltage sensor. These controllers squeeze the life out of those little turbines.

Thats sounds like such a waste. Why arent the blades just flexible or spring loaded so that if the wind gets too strong they deflect and become less aerodynamic?

you need to replace the controller to one that you can wire to a dump load. resister or heating element. it will destroy your battery in a storm if you dont
