You need to tried it with white corn, we don’t use yellow corn traditionally, also we boil the corn with spices (mostly epazote) and veggie or chicken stock, also depends on the person if u use sour cream or mayo, I’m more used of the flavor of mayo, and Tajín on top or any type of chilli powder 😮💨
