Here’s how to make the syrup: 🍒 2 cups pitted cherries 🍬 1 cup brown sugar 🍋 1/2 lemon, juiced 🥄 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Add everything to a cast iron skillet and place on the BBQ over medium heat. Cook for 10–15 minutes until the cherries break down and it starts to thicken. Let cool, blend until smooth, and strain. Store in the fridge. Now shake it into your favorite whiskey sour, and thank me later. Now to a shaker add: 1 egg white 1.5 oz cherry syrup 2 oz fresh lemon juice 4 oz bourbon Dry shake! Add ice and shake again Double strain & garnish with a cherry on top!
