I have that with all of my tasks and my hobbies and I start to lose my mind. I just want to play my games. draw my artworks. watch my series. But I can't - I am stuck I am not moving I forget or end doomscrolling while constantly thinking of what I meant to do. And it sucks how often there is the word I and me now.
