if it’s not illegal or strongly unethical it shouldn’t impact his professional career. influencers are under more scrutiny because this is your career - tiktok is your office. if he said whatever it was at the office then that’s a different story, but saying it on his personal social media should not hinder his career (again unless it’s illegal or strongly immoral etc)
