WEEK 6 | MEAL 4: BABE ON A BUDGET TAKES THE WEEKLY SHOP 🛒🛒🩷🩷 MEAL 4: HOT HONEY HALLOUMI TACOS WITH CHARRED CORN 🍴 2 portions* ⏰ 30 minutes  Store cupboard essentials: oil, tomato puree, smoked paprika, salt & pepper, chilli flakes Ingredients - 1 block halloumi - 1tbsp hot honey - 1tbsp tomato puree - 1tbsp olive oil - 150g sweetcorn - 1tsp smoked paprika - Salt & pepper - Mini taco wraps - 2tbsp mayo - 1tsp BBQ seasoning - 1 avocado - 2tbsp pickled red onion - 1tsp chilli flakes To make... 🌮 Heat up your pan with a little olive oil and add your corn. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. PORTION ADJUSTMENTS: This makes enough for 4-6 tacos, enough for 2 portions. To bulk this out further, make some spicy potatoes to have on the side! Store halloumi & corn in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the microwave or on the hob before assembling any leftovers.
