I actually kinda agree. Why doesn't it choose the one nearest to the delivery address? It'd make more sense. Still, the driver isn't the one to accuse. They're just doing their job

This isn’t true. I order from my home frequently and the app still chooses the restaurant 20 min away instead of 5 min away. Has nothing to do with my location

If you order from multiple locations, you need to pay attention to the addresses. I’ve ordered without checking the delivery address, so it was sent to the wrong place

that has nothing to do with it. it bases off where it is going too but not every restaurant has their online thing open to use. I have a McDonald's by my house and they don't always use that one.

it not the drivers fault even thought im agreeing with what the customer have said, but sadly this is how the app works so I guess we just have to deal with it and there's nothing we can do 🤷♀️

OK that's what happens. Someone (like a boyfriend/girlfriend or parent) is ordering the order while they are at work.to send to their house. I have always wondered. That makes sense now.
