112 days is NOT GOOD, like for anything. That basically means the company cannot keep up with demand, which is a good reflection of the product and price point. but they can't have people order something for the backyard in June and it not show up till November

Block party with about 6 pork butts. Use the pork for sandwiches, nachos and of course smoked Mac n Cheese. 3 different options for everyone, from the same protein, cooked the same way! You can even do a smoked queso for the nachos while smoking the Mac n cheese
