Same entrance exam for Unity school in 2010, I picked FSTCY. After the exam, my mom’s friend helped me check the results and said my name wasn’t there. My parents were not satisfied, they bought another form for me to take the supplementary exam, on the day of the exam, both parent and my sister followed me and we went wayyy early. My mom made us split and start checking all the results posted. My name was no 9 on the merit list and there was no need to take the supplementary exam anymore. Of all the things I can never forget in life, that incident is topping the list. Just the absolute trust, confidence and willingness to fight for their child.

my own mum told me I failed an exam I passed because she wanted me to go to a public school after my dad died , worst part I was top 5 I felt so ashamed because I was one of the best from my primary school and most people I was smarter than passed

I had two experiences. I wrote a scholarship exam and go home that day. Other parents were anxious, mine didn’t even shake. She just said she trust me. Till now, my mom don’t even ask for my results, she just says, I know it will be good. When I was on first class, Me myself didn’t even know. The support system made me see success and excellence as normal. I just realized not everyone has that excellence. It’s good to have supportive parents that believe in you and your dreams

Iv failed in business since I was 17, anytime I feel down, My Dad will say I didn’t fail because I learnt through experience😩 he will say I’m learning the best way.My mum will say to me that I have Dominion and I should be financially prudent 😂 my confidence and critical thinking skills is top notch because I have all the love and support ❤️❤️❤️
