Basically an skill issue, I experience sleep paralysis and false awakening multiple times if you encounter during sleep paralysis just don't panic everything you see is fake to counter that, just simply try to move a finger or your feet a bit to cancel out everything and get back to reality.

just sleep on your belly cuz if you sleep on your back it increases the chance of sleep paralysis

i think tulog ako nun pero alam ko na tulog ako ,parang panaginip pero parang totoo kasi talagang di ako makahinga,makagalaw at di makapagsalita,gusto ko gumisng pero di ko magawa,i swear subrang nakakatakot sya😭

I've experienced THIS NIGHT, i just woke up from sleeping, and my sister was watching tv, and i fall asleep, then i felt something was off, i was about to open my eyes but I can't open it literally, then someone is laughing on my side, and i can't literally move, I can't open my eyes, then i shouted amen a lot of times, and I can't literally hear my voice while im shouting, and im praying on my mind and while talking, then after that i woke up gasping for air, i wouldn't sleep now, I'll sleep tomorrow at my school, because I don't want to sleep again now.

I just got sleep paralysis lately so here's the catch I was tired and fall asleep then I randomly woke up and feel sleepy again then I realized I can't moved my body I can't yell and my eyes are lowkey sleepy but I see my room and seeing a black figure in beside my closet. it's afternoon btw
