I never ever ever ever get it right every time I try to guess one of these lol. Like ever. And I have been watching charmed almost my entire life. I’ve watched it since it aired and watched it live, have them on dvd and have been watching for almost 30 years lol and I can never guess these correctly lol it’s crazy. They were both Spelling Entertainment owned. It kinda makes sense that they may have been filmed on similar lots. Same production company might have used same wardrobe. It is entirely possible that the clothes you saw on one actress in Buffy was the exact same shirt on Charmed. Even more so if it was designer.
