My son can’t regulate his emotions properly just yet we are working on it, what we were taught in therapy for him, was to give him a code word when he felt like his emotions were high, but he does learn a bit differently as he has autism,since implementing this we have seen improvements with him. So we all know his code word and then we take him out of the environment and have a chat with him if he wants to. Glad everything went well for the meeting 🤍
