for the chest would you do the pec deck before a incline press since it builds a larger area? from what I've heard it's usually good to do isolation exercises after compound exercises

Seems unbalanced that you're bending your spine forward with crunches but not bending it back. I don't see why bending the spine is necessary at all, but if you think you need it you can add hypertensions with back bending.

just a question, if I run U/L x2 would it be unreasonable to do all of these exersizes if I have enough time, because most of the upper days I see on 5iktok are only 6 tom8 exersizee but that full upper is like 14 which is what I do
