I'm losing my teeth little by little because I brushed and flossed, and brushed and brushed and flossed and flossed so much I wayyy overdid it, for years, thinking I was doing everything right. there's so many reasons a person can have dental issues, it's not anyone's fault, things happen. I'm glad you have reached a point in your journey that you are painfree and have beautiful smile again ❤️

People are gross, I got all on 4 dental implants at 35 top and bottom 7 weeks ago, the confidence to even make a consultation appointment came from women just like you. Best thing I've ever done for myself. Those comments come from people who would have shattered in our circumstances 💕💕

my mother assumed that school would teach me everything I needed to know about hygiene. I got incredibly lucky that I still have all my teeth. I don't take it for granted. The damage from not being taught can be horrific.

It can also be genetic! Both my parents had bad teeth and I take good care of mine and yet have lost three in adulthood.

people are so miserable and they think they know everything. I've been having dental issues since I was a child because I have several autoimmune diseases and people are forever trying to tell me what I should and shouldn't do and that this is my own fault. you know you had to do what was best for you and you know it happened please don't let these miserable people bother you💚💚💚💚

My mom didn't take me to the dentist growing up (we had insurance) b.c she wanted both myself and my brother to brush our teeth. I brushed, my brother did not, so we never went. As an adult I've been told they have no idea how my teeth are as decent as they are (I have a benign jaw tumor and the teeth there are strangely good). I have still spent 20k on dental care, jaw surgery and braces as an adult.
