haii i have a pigmented upper lip that wont go away no matter what. i used the elf orange color corrector with the sephora collection concealer on top. I would love to know what im doing wrong. I also have trouble covering my dark circles. Thank you!

Hi.... I love watching your videos you make concealing dark circles so easy... My question is when I apply colour corrector and set with setting powder then apply concealer my skin colour the dark circles shows through.... I tried not using the setting powder I waited till the colour corrector dry down and apply the concealer.... It's still does that....and whatever coverage there is doesn't last very long.... After 2 - 3 hours dark circles appear what am I doing wrong.... HELP!

What causes concealer not to blend properly? When I blend it, it leaves streaks, and some parts of my dark circles end up with no concealer at all instead of looking smooth and even. Please help.
