I tried superbreak himeko nova with e3 s1 Dahlia, she has her s1 but when I use her ultimate she can't superbreak when she m1s and only superbreaks only when she unleashes the final blow can smbd help me? the final blow does like 400k dmg max

PLS I NEED HELP 🥹 Idk if I should go for Himeko Nova or Rin. I wanted to get Himeko first but then I saw that Welt is needed so I thought getting Rin for my Archer will be the better option but idk what to do 😭 (also here are the characters that I have. What would be better for my account?!) PS: I can’t add two picture but on top of these characters I have Kafka, Clara, Himeko, Bailu and Fu Xuan - incase any of them are important to help me make this decision
