my first ovulation cycle post op was pain free but my second one did have some pain. i brought it up to my surgeon and concluded it was a cyst rupture. I'm still pretty much pain free especially compared to before the surgery but I still track my symptoms and will follow up with my surgeon to stay ahead of the problem!

I’m having the same issue now after surgery. I’ve tried visanne to see it it would help. It did, but so many other symptoms that I have to stop. 😕

i’m currently really struggling with painful shmex, it used to only be around ovulation but it’s been around my whole cycle recently - still waiting for my laperoscopy though
