@meghannmcuniff: Investigators found engravings on bullet cartridges found with the rifle that prosecutors say Tyler Robinson used to kill Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University last year. Robinson's roommate and romantic partner, Lance Twiggs, told police Robinson bought a Dremel engraver, which he apparently used to carve phrases into the cartridges. Judge Tony F. Graf Jr. saw photos of the engraved cartridges during the testimony of Sgt. Jennifer Faumuina of the Utah Department of Public Safety today (Thursday, July 9), the fourth day of Robinson's preliminary hearing in Utah's 4th Judicial District in Provo. The cartridge in the gun's chamber was inscribed with "notices bulge," "owo what's" and "this?" Another different caliber cartridge was engraved with "hey fascist" "catch" and had up and down arrows. A third cartridge was engraved with "O Bella Ciao" "ciao ciao" and a fourth cartridge said "if you read this you are gay LMAO." Prosecutors allege Robinson targeted Kirk because Kirk's views on transgenderism conflicted with his. This clip has been edited for brevity. Dang. They say this isn’t the trial but it sure seems like a trial. Probable cause hearings should end as soon as enough evidence for probable cause is shown. They shouldn’t have multiple days of this. Let the jury decide all this at trial.
