last night I made a casserole with taco meat, added pinto beans (rinsed and drained) a can of cheddar cheese soup, mixed in topped with shredded cheddar and tater tots & baked at 425 for 35 mins. it was so good. and I made it all in a cast iron so less dishes too 😁

I make creamy tacon pasta macaroni salad style by making a sauce with Greek yogurt, taco sauce and seasoning, add the pasta and meat, then you can add tomatoes lettuce ect. it's a nice cool dinner
