he's too smart mashallah. I think he's overstimulated in the wrong ways. he needs something to help him really focus his energy. maybe try bringing educational puzzle learning toys that are fun. that should grab his attention and help him focus his energy

Usually having conversations about dos and don’ts with him before heading out anywhere might be of help. Easier said than done for sure but working with little kiddos - this helps a lot for me.
