Steel cut oats with seeds crushed almonds and walnuts with blueberries and kefir since February 2026 every single morning brought down my LDL and Apob Cholesterol from 7.5 to normal! My inflammation markers with my last blood test was perfect! Yes I do agree on sugar and seed oils!

I bought 1/2 a cow and ate it for 3 months straight. Drank from a natural spring. All my problems went away. Then in the summer I added berries and grapes from my garden. Never been so healthy
