Based on the complaint as it stands, most people will not qualify. The proposed class is currently limited to people whose vehicles were captured by the alleged license plate cameras at Home Depot stores in California. The lawsuit is based on a California privacy law, so it does not currently include Home Depot stores in other states. Right now: there is no settlement, there is no official claim form, there is no guaranteed payout.
