after looking through the comments on pretty much every single black flag remake video I have seen it seems pretty much everyone has something to say and to argue about.....there will never be an ac game that makes everyone or atleast the majority happy there seems to always be something lacking like oh wow the combat feels so good the animations are great and it feels so fluid but the free running/parkour is awful or the other way around or they both suck and nothing compares to 5 separate games that came out in the past 10-15 years with each of them doing something entirely better it just sucks no one is ever happy with anything in this community in my opinion its a very faithful remake it doesn't change very much it just modernized things and made it to where maybe you can't do something yet because it wouldn't make sense for you to like you cant immediately do the assassination contracts which makes perfect sense or they make it to where you get something much sooner like the rope dart which didn't get a lot of time to shine if you were completing side content as you went because you pretty much got it at the end of the game even though in the original when they were making it they actually ended up wanting to give it to players much earlier but couldnt due to time constraints and the combat might as well still be the same if you parry you can almost immediately finish them except for the big guards or the captains which you couldn't do in the original you literally don't need any of the health bars if you take them off it feels almost exactly the same in terms of fluidity when it comes to counters and kills but they also added extra main story scenes for a few things especially Caroline which the original writer came back to do and he was one of the og writers for ac and it just adds more to the story and to her and edwards relationship anyways the game is beautiful in terms of graphics and in terms of story i mean its literally the exact same story but with more its modernized and its easily accessible for new and old fans in terms of modern hardware why cant anyone be happy with this franchise its stupid
