Please don’t judge me! I keep so much and a lot is things I don’t use but what they are are things from passed down family items things like that so it usually just sits there. Also notes, letters, cards trinkets, my kids things. I know why I keep them and that’s because I’m afraid “losing” them even if they are already gone or maybe I feel that if I get rid of it I no longer honor them. How would you do that? It’s a fear and I have to get past it. But how?

Hi kayleen! Your videos are always helpful. My question is when you lead with the space perspective, I do have a lot of space still in my closet, like my clothes are not stuffed, but I still have clothes that I don't wear. Also if I have the space do I still need to maintain the space with the one in one out rule?

I’ve kept a basket in my closet so that it’s an easy way to cull my wardrobe seasonally. When it’s full, I bag it up and bring it to the thrift store.
