I’m sorry! I hate that! I went almost 25 years without going to the dentist once. I have had 1 or 2 cavities a year since returning, and I think I had about 8 initially. I have had two crowns since getting into my routine. Is there any way you can get in the routine of seeing the dentist? I wish I had done a better job.
