@tina.mcsmith: Social media can make UGC look like everyone is landing brand deals on Tuesday and replacing their full-time income by Friday. Sometimes that happens. (Maybe 🤷‍♀️) A lot of times… it doesn’t. For plenty of us, it’s a slower build: learning the platforms, building a portfolio, figuring out pricing, pitching, getting those first few yeses, and stacking experience one project at a time.
