clarify your hair once in a while if you're going to keep using silicon mix. the reason why people's curl pattern changed is probably too much silixon build up in their hair from using it and not clarifying

Yess girl!!! you did right post blowdry!! you’re supposed to give your hair time in between your blow dry and press because your hair swells with the heat and humidity. Keeping it in braids like that will help the hair shaft have a smoother press result.
