Soak the tape in jojoba oil! Leave it for just a few minutes and it comes off sooo easy!

I feel like I don’t have a choice, yesterday my shoulder was so bad, the only relief I got was to tape it. This is the second time this has happened. (The picture) Anyone have a better tape or something?

are you also allergic to adhesive? bc I really wanna try kt tape but I'm super allergic to adhesive, like I can't even wear bandaids sometimes. so I don't wanna waste my money if I can't even use it 😭

I found a kt tape on amazon that is reviewed by somebody who has heds and they said that it doesn't hurt their skin. so I'm gonna be trying that one, but this is good to know. I have a tub of shea butter I use for my skin.

btw guys this goes the same for chest binding tape!! KT tape and binding tape are basically the same. please be careful when taping whether it’s for binding or if it’s to support your body!!

My skin blisters under the tape and that's why it peels off. I know to not rip the tape off I learned that the hard way. But the adhesive and I don't get along. I still need to do the genetic testing but the geneticist I saw thinks I have clEDS. I wish I could use kt tape

Coconut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil!!! All great options, also I suggest using your opposite hand to flatten your skin down as you pull! It makes it so much easier for me and less painful!!

I'm also guilty of using a hair dryer to try and warm up the adhesive and soften it with oil when I don't want to shower to take it off. just don't leave the dryer in one spot too long

Lowkey I accidentally found out that my cheap pain spray eats through the adhesive and it falls off, there is leftover glue I have to wipe off but it’s painless lol

i havent been officially diagnosed with any conditions, but hypermobility is confirmed. would KT tape help me with anything? (my right shoulder honestly feels like its partially dislocated especially when I lay on that side, as an example). your videos are so in-depth anf explanatory though!!!
