@joebovino: Make Your Move to the U.S. in 2026! Now is the perfect time to pursue your American dream. The Trump administration may be cracking down on illegal immigration after four years of Democrat open-borders policies, but it strongly supports legal immigration for those who are ready to contribute to making America even greater than it already is. Visa approval rates continue to be high, if you choose wisely and play by the rules. Here are a few of your best visa options if you’re interested in coming as more than a tourist: Got a business idea? The E-2 visa lets you establish and invest in a U.S. enterprise that creates jobs, including one for you. Solid investments are seeing high approval rates, including ones for recent Canadian and German clients of mine. Are you extraordinary in your field? The O-1 visa and EB-1 visa are for trailblazers in the arts, sciences, athletics, or business. Showcase your talent and join America’s best! Already own or work for a successful company abroad? The L-1 visa allows executives, managers, and specialized knowledge employees to transfer to a related U.S. company. It’s one of the best options for international businesses looking to expand into the United States while bringing key personnel with them. I have to share my story here. Getting my green card took just two and a half months, and it would have been under five weeks if not for the delays in getting my non-criminal record from Germany. They took 2 months to process that document. As someone married to an American with two dual-citizen children, I’ve seen the contrast firsthand: the U.S. process was fast, welcoming, and straightforward, whereas European bureaucracy was a constant struggle. We had a traumatic experience in Krakow where officials forced us to get one day Polish passports for our kids and leave the airport to do that, despite them already having U.S. ones and polish IDs, 30 min before our flight was leaving, which left my 3.5-year-old with nightmares for weeks. Thank god 7 months old didn’t understand yet. After we land in America, all checking at the airport for me took 15 min. And ended up with officer saying, welcome to America, your green card will be send to the address giving in the form. That was all. Now that we’ve settled in the U.S., everything makes so much sense. That is why I start sharing our daily live in America and compare to Europe. Still working on it, but I want people to see first hand the differences. We supposed to fly back for few months but my daughter told me she doesn't want to go back to Poland because she finally feels at home here and it is so much fun.
