Fire stations also sometimes have gym equipment too ! I think it would be such a cute addition for your boys to have a little basketball/weight lifting area and they make them too !!

You need to get that spongy feeling poured in place rubber playground material. Soft enough your son won’t get hurt falling, but tough enough to ride bikes on.
