I used YouTube tutorials to start! If I didn’t know what a stitch was I’d save my spot in the tutorial and then I’d go to another video explaining how to do that stitch. I made this from a video!

You can actually use bigger hooks for smaller yarn so it makes your work looser for sweaters/blanets… etc.

Thank a for your tips I think they may help some beginners but not all I think you tube is a fabulous tool to use for some people or it used to be when I learned 18 years ago times have changed and so have influencers
