Walt based the Matterhorn off of a wood rollercoaster from Copenhagen. The one in Copenhagen is SO SMOOTH. It’s almost like Walt rode that one and said “let me see if I can make it worse.” 😂

I had never been to Disneyland and my youngest had never been to any Disney. We went after a cruise and the lines were long every where. My daughter is in a wheelchair and this was one of the 3 rides we were able to do. So if you think it’s bad, try “riding” it when you are literally just in a room with a TV. 😂😂 We did Jungle Cruise and Buzz Lightyear and we had to leave. It was so crowded we could barely push my daughter and people were bumping her and it was too overwhelming. :(

As a WDW kid, I always thought I had imagined these rides because they didn't exist at WDW. Then I finally visited DL a few years ago, and it was surreal. It felt like stepping into a childhood dream. For a little while, I got to be a kid again 🥹🥹🥹

The Indiana Jones ride was my fav when I went surprisingly. Didn’t think it would have been. Nemo was okay.
