cosmetologist here your hair grows on average 1/2 an inch per month. it doesn't matter what you take. it doesn't make your hair grow faster. it may make your hair stronger and lessen breakage but not grow faster. (ps. you could easily just take a prenatal supplement and it'll do the same thing)

I’ve been mulberry silk wrapping every day for 7 months and have had more luck with that and growing my hair out than most anything else. It’s breakage you gotta stop.

my hair ALWAYS broke off at the ends, i could barely get it past my shoulders. i have been braiding my hair and using a bonnet every night for 1.5 years now and my hair is finally past my chest. also remember to only use oil to seal the moisture in, so in this order: wet hair, leave in condition, then once hair is almost dry you use oil to seal it in the cuticle
