I booked frontier for my first time to punta cana. The flight going home was HELLLLLL…. Flight got delayed 3 hours, got a email saying I wouldn’t make my connecting flight, made it to ATL just for them to tell us we had to wait for our bags & our connecting flight was waiting on us. 45 min later with 20 min to get to connecting flight they tell us our bags are on our connecting flight the whole time. Just for us to miss our connecting flight and they didn’t want to give us a hotel OR rebook us cuz we’re considered a “no show” 😭 never tfffff again!!!
