you should have a license and insurance to drive that mother fucker at 40 miles an hour that's the speed limit on most local in town roads not on the sidewalk we're bicycles are and people walking I've almost been run over many times got to have license and insurance for anything over 20 miles an hour

there is a lot of states requiring driver's license for these bikes these mopeds and what he's selling right here is petals and state of Texas if it doesn't have petals it's considered a moped now electric vehicle even the little electric scooter he has pedals you see that there that's why they keep saying their bikes so remember if you're going to buy one of these for your kids make sure it has pedals because then they don't need a permit okay
