Spray paint a vase with the color that matches your napkin. I went with white to match the white napkin i used! Let it completely dry. 2. Remove bottom layer of napkin and cut into smaller pieces. Begin brushing mod podge onto the vase and secure napkin pieces on top. 3. Brush a thin layer of mod podge on top of the napkin pieces to seal and let dry. 4. Repeat these steps all the way around your vase until completely covered.
