@giovanni_fiderio: You don’t need a gym to build an aesthetic physique. A pull-up bar, somewhere to do dips, and a way to progressively overload your legs can take you a long way. That said, I personally recommend hybrid training: calisthenics + weightlifting. Weightlifting is incredible for building muscle efficiently, while calisthenics develops body control, relative strength, coordination, and athleticism.
