I have to wear pants for work, and I angle the vents so the don't blow directly on me, but just past me so I still feel some air movement.

Honestly, I like leaving with my hair damp, I don’t like wet hair but having my head stay cool is really helpful, that or like a mist bottle because I prefer that over ac, especially if I’m already sweaty I’d rather feel water than sweat (also too relatable i can feel your explanation 😭)

I recommend a hot water bottle in the fridge and then lie on it! 💙🥰💙

And I got sun burned so bad. The other day and now I can't have my shoulders uncovered but at the same time
Too hot to have like the thick soft sweaters on. So, now I have to find the silk soft long sleeve shirts, and we don't have very many of those I hate it.

i like warm and cold, i detest hot with a burning passion. i almost cried walking home from work today from the heat - it's a 25min commute with 15min on an air conditioned train. no tips, besides carrying a portable fan. it was 90 and felt like 94 in Boston today. i almost worked remotely but i hate going into the offoce on Fridays.

Get a remote start put in. Cool everything down about 10 minutes before you get in. I myself don't mind the air blowing but I hate getting in a hot car.

I’m in Texas where it’s hot as all get out. I can’t ride in the car with my hair open because I can’t stand my hair moving.

I barely go out except for my job, I try to keep my body with an acceptable temperature which is hard but not impossible, here in Switzerland, we are not used to have air conditioner... The heatwave this year is unbelievable in my country...

For me? It's taking each sensory issue for what I can control. When I can't control the external input anymore, I shift my perspective. I remember my ancestors and find gratitude in the moment and usually manage to smile about the thing that was irking me that way. ✨MAGIC✨

I have to walk my 2 year old down a long staircase (slowlyyyy, in the direct blazing sun) to the shaded area of the backyard and it almost kills me every time. I have to mentally prepare myself for it.
