I drive 2 hrs every 4 days for my 3 days off. Meal prep for him, do his laundry, and clean the camper before going back to my house and work my 60 again.❤️

i live on the left coast she lives on the right coast. It's easier for me to go to her so I fly out once a year for a week or so....I recently broke up with my boyfriend so this year I'm visiting her for 6 weeks. we're gonna spend our birthdays and favorite holiday together 🥰

50 min isn't really too bad but it is far enough that 2 hrs round trip, getting ready and even a brief visit takes at least half a day. If you have other things to take care of on a day off it's far. It's not like they can just stop by for lunch or something. Sometimes farther is better because than you can plan and set aside weekend or a week.
