And with age... You prefer to be by yourself, quiet, no more questions about what others think about you. A old lady of 84 wanted to befriend me, but she said : now you must not stay so alone. It was for her. She was lonely ( Although she lives with her son and has many friends). I am not. I feard she would drain my energy. I did feel a Little manipulated. Although friendly, I had to step back a Little and protect my solitude.
