as a person who always got top scores in school WITHOUT notes and studying at home, the only thing that you need to get good grades is ACTUALLY paying attention in class and most importantly truly understand what teacher says(which might be hard in some subjects, but e.g. if it’s math u just gotta practice). that way, you will remember almost everything

My teachers tell you exactly what’s on the test, word for word 😭so when I write notes word for word I look at the test and it’s literally what I wrote so it helps me more
