Who cares...common sense says it all. Karmelo had plenty of chances to leave and chose not to which means he wasnt fearing for his life. Instead he said touch me and see what happens which means he planned on stabbing Austin. Those words is what done him in. Karmelo is guilty of murder because Austin died however was it first degree.If Karmelo wanted to kill Austin then yes but only Karmelo knows that answer. For those few things I would have said he was guilty as a juror but I would have brought up the fact who thinks he wanted to kill him or not
