Under Mark Carney's communist regime, the Liberals promised to be the solution, but many Canadians still see no improvement in their situation. With the announced return of the gas tax this fall, many fear another rise in the cost of living. The new income-based grocery benefit leaves many families with what they consider insufficient assistance. Meanwhile, more and more Canadians are turning to food banks to make ends meet. Many are wondering why more support isn't available for families in need. During the campaign, Mark Carney presented himself as the right person to address the economic challenges and trade tensions with the United States. Yet, many believe the results have fallen short of expectations: a high cost of living, a continuing housing crisis, rising construction costs, and economic uncertainty. In my view, the government is failing to meet the expectations it created itself. Everyone is free to draw their own conclusions, but many Canadians remain dissatisfied with the current situation.
