I have PCS but, they think the root cause is MTS. they've done a ctv then did a venogram. I've also had a CTA that shows SMAs without NCS but no Drs in my area will acknowledge it since it's so rare. so my only offer is to place a stent for MTS in hopes it'll fix the PCS. I recommend getting the ctv, rule out other compressions before treating it.

I had left & right ovarian and gonadal and surrounding vein embolization a few months ago with coils placed along all those veins. Now it seems like blood and pain has moved deeper in my thighs and knees. I still have major sciatica and pain with bowels so I’m leaning towards endometriosis possibly with overlapping symptoms. Horrible. Tired all the time, dizzy, chronic pain and suffering daily

any update?? i just diagnosed with this i’m in so much pain. I was diagnosed today in the ER😭 Is it worse during your period? is it better durning ovulation?
