I’m especially liking the preacher curl for its range of motion and the Bayesian curl, which has made a noticeable difference for me. It’s not one many people do, but it’s really effective. For beginners, the dumbbell curl is a good start, but I feel like you might get stuck long-term. Hammer curls are okay, but I think there are better options out there.
