Introducing the SALTED CARAMEL WHITE CHOCOLATE BLOND PECAN BROWNIE - the best of three worlds! They are dens, fudgy and chewy with a vanilla-chocolaty flavor, salted caramel and some crunch.  And no, they are not healthy, but they are sooo good just enjoy them Prep: 10 min Cook time: <22 min Yields: 15   Ingredients: •170 g unsalted butter at room temp •200 g light brown sugar •100 g chopped white chocolate •2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk at room temp •1 tbsp vanilla extract •250 g all-purpose flour •2 tsp cornstarch •½ tsp baking powder •1⅛ tsp salt •80 g white chocolate chips •80 g chopped salted pecans •60 g caramel sauce   Method: -Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Grease and line a 7x11in/18x28cm baking tin with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch/5 cm overhang on 2 sides -In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, chopped chocolate and sugar. Melt in 20 sec intervals, stirring in between each, until completely melted and combined, about 3 min. Then allow to cool slightly before adding eggs, one at a time, whisking in between each addition. Add vanilla and stir until combined. Sift & fold in flour, cornstarch, 1 tsp salt and baking powder until just combined. Do not over mix. Fold in choc chips and nuts and spread batter evenly into prepared tin -Mix caramel and ⅛ tsp salt. Top batter with caramel lines and use a toothpick to marble the caramel. Bake for 18-20 min or until the edges are set and the middle still a bit wobbly (little underdone). Don’t worry they will continue to bake in the tin out of the oven and set while they cool. Leave to cool in the tin on a wire rack before transferring it to the fridge to chill overnight (or at least 1 h).
