I mean, you have video evidence of the guy now destroying the snowman in the fire hydrant, I would avoid it till spring, took video of my lawn, and did a countersuit of him and had him replace everything that he damaged with his truck during the winter.

the guy was lucky it was only 10k. those can't be covered up incase a fire breaks out. fire crews need fast access to it.
