I'm not saying this doesn't work because it clearly does. . however....water doesn't break down food. stomach acid does.. of course the burger is still whole. in order to compare you would actually need to have stomach acid and see how just your normal stomach acid breaks it down compared to stomach acid PLUS the enzyme

If you chew your food properly and enough times like you’re supposed to your food, should be like a paste when you swallow on it then your stomach process a lot quicker and a lot easier won’t work as hard. A lot of people don’t do that. They gulp their food down.🤨🤨🤨🤨👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
