@stillbejewel: I love finding a good recipe and this one was an Instagram find but we tweaked it a little bit to our taste and liking! I cannot wait to eat this again!! Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken 4 thin cut chicken breasts 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp butter (for pan for chicken) 3 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp butter (for after chicken) 7-8 minced garlic cloves (we used Jarlic) 1/4 cup of flour 1/4 tbsp lemon pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup of heavy cream 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan (we used Asiago cheese) Juice of 1 lemon 1. Mix the first 1/2 tbsps of seasonings all together and add to the outside of the chicken making sure to coat as good as possible. 2. Add first butter and olive oil to pan and cook your chicken. 3. Once chicken is cooked, remove from pan and add the next butter until melted. 4. Slowly add in the flour and then the minced garlic. Mix until well combined. 5. Next add the chicken broth and then heavy whipping cream, stirring until mixture becomes thick. 6. Add cheese, lemon, and last bit of seasonings in. 7. Add your chicken back in for about 5 minutes. 8. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and with your favourite veggie! 9. Enjoy!! #lemonpepperchicken #creamylemongarlicchicken #lifeofabakergirl
