@olantekkers: Football Australia handed 16 million dollars #npl

Mistikal :

That 16mill is split between the staff and players

fallout :

Johnka :

Erin Patterson's Dehydrator :

😟 :

Costed 3.8k for one season at Npl 3 🤦🏻‍♂️

ShannonW92 :

To play rugby league a contact sport where you tackle and get tackled it’s $150 per year including shorts, socks and training shirt. Soccer is $270? How does that make sense

Lani :

I like how much you love Australia

Oop.Cee :

Goes to parramatta eels uso straight to Moses contract

Kitchen 50 :

A better question is where is that money coming from?

protossjr :

Wrong, no hate but the 16million is split between the players and staff.

Brian | DTG. :

50% goes directly to the squad (one of the highest splits from all competing teams!!.... USA was the highest with 80% going to players.) Coincidence both are pay to play systems??

999 :

Half goes to the players the other half will go to covering the 15.3million loss last year

Jez :

Spot on, I’ve seen countless talented kids around Brisbane Northside whose parents can’t pay for them to play academy so they slip through the net. Either go and play NRL or lose interest. Massive change is needed. With your platform you can drive change mate 🙌🏼

DJ_BLOOMDADDY :

When you're a kid at a NPL team, a good chunk of fees are paying the semi professional players, some I've known to get $1k a game. You go to a regular non profit club it's about $180, that's $100-120 for registration and $40+ for club fees that covers the kits and in my case training jersey. You can't compare Australia to the US, where $3.5k USD to join a club, and a lot more for travelling players

user526162279205 :

Executives in Soccer Australia need to give themselves bonuses 👀

pat :

I truly believe that if the grassroots system in Australia gets redesigned and funded correctly, the future of Australian football could be something truly special.

Brandon Nelson :

I think that 16M should go into the development soccer for our nation we are growing and years to come we may be able to consistently compete with the big like France Spain Argentina

McQueen :

Okay that’s nice now can they save Western united please ?

COBЯА™🇦🇺 :

idkkkkkkbk67 :

✝️ Baller :
